I must give huge thanks to your employee, Carol Wyatt, for the excellent service she provided us recently. We had a scope change that was quickly discussed and accepted with the install partner, changes in replacement products were quickly organized, and she adapted to many unforeseen challenges that arose for the entire project even into the weekend. I additionally received great feedback from the customer when performing a follow-up survey. Also, the Sr. Product manager just called me and- To Quote – “ In my 8 years in the Division, I have never seen an install group so clear in communication and willing to go above and beyond. Carol was up at 630 am dealing with all of us including the customer until late into the night. All week long we had changes and she handled everything we needed her to, It's simply amazing”.
